  1. 1

    Review before ending

Check the final player count, attendance, refreshment quantities and saved price breakdown. Review Payments received; an advance already received must not be entered again.

  2. 2

    End actual play

When the group stops, choose End play & finalize bill. This records the actual end and calculates the final charge. Wait for Finalized before treating the bill as settled.

  3. 3

    Collect the outstanding amount

If there is a balance and you have collection permission, enter Cash collection (₹) and choose Record cash received. Enter only the money received, up to the outstanding amount. Partial collections leave the rest outstanding.

  4. 4

    Check the result

Review Payments received and Balance again. A bill with no outstanding balance shows a confirmation. Finalizing a bill alone does not record a payment.

PUT IT INTO PRACTICE

Try it at your ground

For a ₹3,320 final bill with ₹200 already received, the remaining collection is ₹3,120. Do not collect or record the advance twice.

You’re ready to move on when…

You can distinguish a finalized bill, a cash receipt and an outstanding balance.
