Update players and understand the minimum
Charge arrivals and departures fairly, using the time each count actually played.

- 1
Open the correct live session
Check the ground and contact. Review Players now, the effective hourly rate and whether the ground is fixed hourly or per player.
- 2
Record an arrival or departure
Enter Players to add or remove, then choose + Player joined or − Player left. A change applies from the recorded time; it does not rewrite the earlier hours. You cannot remove more players than are active.
- 3
Review the period breakdown
Playing charge, period by period shows each count interval. At ₹100/player/hour and a ₹1,000 minimum: 10 players for 2 hours cost ₹2,000; an eleventh for the entire third hour brings the playing total to ₹3,100. If that player leaves halfway through hour three, the total is ₹3,050.
- 4
Use corrections carefully
Ordinary join/leave actions describe what happens now. They are not a way to backdate a mistake. Check Attendance history and refer a historic billing mistake for an audited correction rather than inventing a compensating player count.
Try it at your ground
Work out one hour with 9 players at ₹100 and a ₹1,000 minimum: the charge is ₹1,000, not ₹900 or ₹1,900.
You’re ready to move on when…
You can explain why a late arrival is charged only from the recorded arrival time.
