Reservations & payment

A slot is confirmed after the required online advance succeeds, or after an allowed pay-at-venue booking is confirmed. Checkout holds expire after five minutes. A failed or pending payment does not prove a reservation.

Cancellations

Your advance is non-refundable if you cancel. If the venue cancels, the venue must refund the payment. Rescheduling is not available by default. Contact the venue about weather interruptions before booking.

Playing charges

Charges use actual staff-recorded playing time. Per-player charges change at recorded arrivals and departures, with any ground minimum applied to each interval. Fixed hourly ground pricing is independent of player count. Refreshments are additional. An estimate is not the final bill.

Extensions

Extensions require an available interval and owner confirmation. They cannot overlap another booking or continue beyond opening hours. An overrun does not give you the next customer’s reserved time.
