Reserve a phone booking
Save an upcoming reservation without starting its playing timer.

Check the date and ground
Open Booking calendar and inspect the full requested interval on the correct ground. Check closing time as well as the next booking.

Enter the reservation
Find Add a phone booking / walk-in reservation. Choose Ground and enter Contact name, Phone, Estimated players, Start (India time) and End (India time).

Reserve the full interval
Choose Reserve the full interval. If a reservation, hold, maintenance block or closed period conflicts, correct the requested time and try again. A failed save does not reserve the slot.

Check the saved result
Confirm the reservation appears with the correct duration. Check in the actual players when they begin; saving this reservation does not start a chargeable session.
Try it at your ground
For a real upcoming customer request, read back the ground, date, start, end and phone before saving.
You’re ready to move on when…
The saved reservation occupies the entire agreed interval and has no running timer yet.
