Create and verify your owner account

Verify your identity, prepare your ground and submit it for platform approval.

The workspace link may ask you to log in. Read this guide alongside your own account.

    Start from the owner page

    Open For ground owners from the footer, then choose Start my 14-day free trial. Already have an account? Use Owner login instead.

    Verify your email

    Choose Email, enter an address you control and select Email me a sign-in link. Open the latest email and follow its link in the same browser where you started. The link verifies your email and signs you in.

    Create your business workspace

    Enter your Business name and choose Create my owner workspace. Prepare one ground and submit it for review. Criclock approval publishes the listing and starts the 14-day Lite trial. No card or AutoPay mandate is taken at this step.

    Return to your account

    Use Owner login in the footer for future visits. Staff use the same login page, with access assigned by an owner. Only create a new owner workspace when you are setting up your own business.

Questions about this step

Why has my verification email not arrived?

Check the address, spam/junk and the latest email. Wait before requesting another link. Open the link in the same browser where you requested it. If delivery is unavailable, Criclock must enable or resolve the email service; never use a shared or invented verification code.

My sign-in link expired or opened in another browser. What next?

Request a fresh link from Owner login and open the newest email in the browser where you started. Old or already-used links may not work. Do not forward a sign-in link to another person.

When does the 14-day trial start?

A new owner’s trial starts only when Criclock approves and publishes the submitted listing. Preparing the private application uses no trial time. It includes one Lite ground. Existing trial and paid dates remain unchanged.
