  1. 1

Add a ground under the venue

After saving the venue, choose Add a ground →, or open 2. Grounds and choose Add a ground. The form inherits the selected venue. Enter Ground name, Size and Recommended players.

  2. 2

    Choose the pricing model

Fixed ground hourly charges for playing time regardless of player count. Per player hourly charges for each active player’s time, subject to the minimum ground rate. Enter Hourly price (₹) for the chosen model.

  3. 3

    Set the minimum clearly

For per-player billing, Minimum ground price/hour (₹) is a floor, not an extra charge. At ₹100/player/hour with a ₹1,000 minimum, ten or fewer players cost ₹1,000/hour; eleven cost ₹1,100/hour. Zero minimum is also supported.

  4. 4

    Save and review the card

Choose Add ground. Check the saved size, hourly model and rate. Use Edit ground & pricing to change future pricing. Your Lite trial includes one active ground; extra capacity needs a paid upgrade.

PUT IT INTO PRACTICE
