STAGE 1 · Make your ground ready

Lesson 06 of 22 · 4 min read

Publish and check your customer listing

Review the customer journey before accepting your first online booking.

Open Owner settings ↗

The workspace link may ask you to log in. Read this guide alongside your own account.

  1. 1

    Review the essentials

Check venue name, city, entrance/address, opening hours, facilities, ground size and prices. Keep at least one ground active. Your account also needs valid trial or paid access to appear publicly.

  2. 2

    Choose how customers can confirm

In 1. Venue → Edit venue details, location & hours, enable Allow cash at the venue if customers may confirm and pay onsite. Otherwise an advance may be required; online checkout is not connected yet.

  3. 3

    Publish and save

For a new workspace, submit the saved application for platform approval. Approval publishes it and starts the trial. After approval, existing venue publication settings remain in Owner settings. Check the customer homepage, select your city and search for the venue name.

  4. 4

    Check what a player sees

Open the public listing and review the location, facilities, ground choices, prices and available durations. Do not submit a pretend reservation on your real venue just to test the page.

PUT IT INTO PRACTICE

Try it at your ground

Ask a colleague to find the public venue and confirm the entrance and rates are easy to understand.

You’re ready to move on when…

Your real listing is accurate and appears in the intended city.
