Bring it together: your daily routine
Use a repeatable opening, shift and closing checklist to run the owner area confidently.

- 1
Before opening
Review today’s Booking calendar, each active ground, operating hours and any maintenance. Check refreshment availability, staff access and your trial/paid access date. Confirm that staff know the pricing model and minimum.
- 2
For every group
Choose a future reservation or immediate walk-in deliberately. Start the actual player count at check-in. Record arrivals, departures and refreshments as they happen. Check the next booking before agreeing to extra time.
- 3
At the end of play
Review the bill, end play, confirm finalization and record only cash actually received. Verify the balance, including any advance already recorded. Keep each group’s activity on its own session.
- 4
At closing and handover
Make sure no stopped group has a timer still running. Review daily finalized revenue, collections, outstanding balances and expenses. Export the selected day if needed, hand over unresolved items and review your next day’s calendar.
Try it at your ground
Walk through one genuine group from reservation to collection, then reconcile that day’s report. Never fabricate a payment to complete a lesson.
You’re ready to move on when…
You can explain every stage to a colleague and identify when an issue needs the owner or Criclock administration.
